DESIGNER COMMENTS:

Tried to make a site here that was both kickass and still kid friendly, especially in terms of the video montages (shot and edited by Mazedude). I daresay I succeeded; the clients love it, the students love it... and the best part is that the head instructor is in fact my cousin, so it feels good to make an impressive site for a family member. :)

Scott Altman
PODIATRIST

Scott Altman is a Podiatrist located on the Upper East side of Manhattan. His medical site was cleanly designed for easy navigation for his clients to gather information on his practice. It offers several slide shows, rollovers, animated transitions and interactive links for his medical forms.

DESIGNER COMMENTS:

Being in the medical, health field we designed Scott Altman's site using welcoming greens and blues with a white background. The site cleanly breaks down his specialties, his process, insurances covered and links for his new patients to easily access appropriate forms. Nice slide shows and animated page intros really give this site some life.

Healthway
AIR PURIFIERS

A bright and family friendly website design for Healthway, a NY-based business with a focus on air purification, clean breathing, and beyond. A great source for information regarding air quality, ashtma, and the latest innovations in air purification technology.

DESIGNER COMMENTS:

A fusion of HTML and Flash for a NY-based air purifier company. Contains easy-to-update XML elements in every Flash piece, Javascript drop down menus, and an eco-friendly/family-friendly color scheme.

Revel Fitness
ZUMBA AND FITNESS

A bright and fun aesthetic shows off this studio's attitude for exercise. Revel's site includes various slide shows, roll over effects, unique page transitions and XML driven photo galleries. It'll make you want to dance..

DESIGNER COMMENTS:

A fun site for fitness - Zumba, aerobics, and more. Website features a wild paint-splatter background, playful overlapping slideshows, a quirky bending transition, and beyond.

NUTRITION RESPONSE TESTING

As everyone these days is going green (which is an awesome thing), sometimes sites need to go green as well, although not necessarily in the same way. This site here was designed to be family friendly, Earth-friendly, and warm, hence all the blues and greens.

DESIGNER COMMENTS:

A site for a local nutritionist's office. The aim here was to design a site that is family-friendly, with lots of Earth tones (greens, blues, browns). Dr. Anthony Alphonso had also request some sort of open field background, without it coming across as rural or farmy.

I think I nailed it; I've worked alternating family pics into the flowers in the main area, and the background even has a subtle swaying grass effects. Content is XML-driven with CMS for easy updating, and there's plenty of informative content. Upstate NY residents with any health concerns, I highly recommend you check these guys out.

Recreo Powder
MEDICAL PRODUCT

This site was built for a skin care company located in liverpool, NY. Recreo Powder's project uses a blue and white clean tone to establish a proffesional medical feel. We played with 3D animation, fancy roll over buttons, animating text and several other cool features in the construction of this site. They all work seamlessly together in the final version of this great website.

DESIGNER COMMENTS:

Flexing my 3D skills a little bit, I re-created a completely digital version of the Recreo Powder bottle. Said bottle is then spinning on the home page, and appears in different angles and sizes throughout the various pages. Everything else is fairly simple and self-explanatory, in an elegant mixture of whites and blues.

PEDIATRIC DENTIST

Smiles' website incorporates a warm and welcoming tone. It looks like a fun place for your kids to get their teeth cleaned! It features several gradual slide shows, procedural lists , contact forms and loads of informational pages your children will enjoy looking at :) And want to pay a visit..

DESIGNER COMMENTS:

Considering this is a site for dentistry for children with a smile motif, I made the site also fun and playful, with a whole bunch of smiles mingled in. I'm quite happy with the result.
Site contains virtual tour, online forms, lots of photos, and CMS so that client can update things on their end.
